The MACCHIATO design by Remote Solutions LLC allows a user to operate a Ring Main Unit from a safe distance of 50 ft or more, using a combination of our patented Smart Drive Bracket, Spanner Bar, Motor Drive Unit, and Handheld Controller technology.
This design suspends a Smart Drive Bracket from the cubicle using a Spanner Bar and a pre-installed cubicle kit. Unique to the MACCHIATO system: multiple sets of shoulder nuts pre-configured on the spanner bar allow user to select which area to suspend the Smart Drive Bracket and which switch to operate on the RMU.
By attaching a remotely controlled motorized unit to this bracket, a user operates the RMU from a safe distance using a controller and a 50 foot communications cord.
