The Origin of Safe-T-Flex Flip Linear Operator
In 2024, Remote Solutions LLC launched Safe-T-Flex, bringing a much-needed electrical safety tool to the industry: a unique and capable device that can wirelessly push buttons and turn switches from distances of 100 feet or more. Safe-T-Flex combines ease of use, unparalleled portability, and versatile design, which quickly made it a staple tool for teams across the globe. Countless Safe-T-Flex are already in the field, protecting teams from arc flash risk.
Safe-T-Flex Flip expands this legacy, offering users the ability to manipulate molded case breakers and other linear tasks from a safe distance. This device operates using a wireless handheld controller – just like Safe-T-Flex – and remotely performs actions that often incur arc flash risk.
Building on the Safe-T-Flex family’s capabilities to operate SB switches and perform remote open/close, Safe-T-Flex Flip is designed with a lever operator attached to a support bar capable of linear travel in both directions and controlled wirelessly by the operator, who uses a handheld controller to guide the device.
Safe-T-Flex Flip supports operation of Molded Case Breakers (MCCs) and is capable of performing countless other linear switching tasks – such as operating fuses in breaker boxes and more!
Available for Use with Multiple Battery Types
Just like Safe-T-Flex, Safe-T-Flex Flip is designed to use batteries your team already has: Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Makita, Safe-T-Flex Flip was designed with care by our engineering team in Tucson, Arizona, with the goal of expanding Safe-T-Flex capabilities to perform with additional equipment and environments.
Safe-T-Flex Flip is designed to offer maximum compatibility. An adjustable support arm design allows users to select correct height and depth of the lever operator. This allows the device to function on a variety of switch types, operating successfully on each and protecting teams in the field.
