Anthony Kin has been a trusted and dependable employee of Remote Solutions, LLC since 2007. When he made the move to RSL from a company that serviced breakers and made switchgear, there were only three employees in the company. They all worked in a small warehouse in Tucson, Arizona where Anthony was responsible for production while managing the shipping and receiving. It was a small operation at the time, but even then Anthony could see the potential Remote Solutions had for growth and innovation.
As Remote Solutions expanded, the need for Anthony to take on more diverse roles was required, until more people could be hired and trained. At that time Anthony began creating product drawings and wiring diagrams using Autocad. Some of our products required installation upon purchasing. These early installations required minor modifications to breakers and cubicle doors. Anthony also took on the role of field service.
With Remote Solutions’ continued success and expansion and moving to a new, larger facility, Anthony was promoted to the role of Production Supervisor. In the Production Supervisor role, he oversees every product RSL builds and the quality control tests each product is required to pass while meeting shipping date deadlines. He also ensures any incoming repairs are evaluated and completed in a timely manner. Anthony has a long history and great working knowledge of Remote Solution’s product line, its functionality, and production and lead times. With his knowledge and understanding of the product, it’s clear that Anthony’s skills can be used in yet another corner of the growing remote racking business.
Remote Solutions is pleased to introduce Anthony as the newest member on our Regional West Sales team. Anthony will be processing quotes, assessing potential customers’ needs in the field, and can impart a long history of product knowledge to our customers, resellers, and the sales team. We’re proud to have Anthony on the team. When he’s not riding his motorcycle or playing slow pitch softball, traveling, or spending time with his two sons, Gabriel and Damien, Anthony will be providing informed and attentive customer service for all of your remote racking needs.
